Such a shame that Russell's website doesn't host more detailed photos:

"Factory original 2.5 ST (SR) with correct Factory grp 4 race engine. Nut and bolt correct down to the last detail, with all the correct SR components inc,
908 Brakes, Biode headlamps, Factory aluminium doors, original 2.5 oil tank and twin coolers, factory competition gearbox, etc, etc.

Stunning car.

Great race history, including 1st in class at the 1972 Targa Florio."

If this car was more than 2 litres in 1972 . I would have to guess that this is the Strahle car ?? Driven by Steckkönig - Pucci at 1972 Targa Florio to 6th overall (1st GT +2.0). No. 25 (the Strahle 911 entry) is noted to have had a "puncture/accident" & completed 9 laps.

If it the afor mentioned car . It has a chronological race history listed on Manfred Freisinger's website
