Thanks Alan, as you know I've been 'lusting' after a 67S for quite some time now so I'm absolutely delighted with this particular car which has been Rich Sutliffe's 'pride and joy' for many many years

Now all I need is a 'radiation suit' to go collect it

Thanks Jason - by the way MCH 786D (not to mention Phillips LYV 10D) were particularly bad influences when it came to 'stoking' my interest in SWB cars (specifically the 67S) so I hold you 'partially' responsible for my new baby and the associated empty wallet

Hi Ian,

Unfortunately Singapore won't allow the import of LHD cars which is probably a good thing as the duty alone is 110% before you even register a classic for the paltry 30 days a year that you can (legally) drive one.

So for now plan to keep the car stored at TRE in LA and use her for West Coast holidays plus the odd business trip, so with the 72T covering Europe I can alternate between CLM and Monterey - now all I need to do is shift the SC to Oz and I'm done

Lovely looking car Martin, I'm sure you will enjoy driving it. Can I ask if it's running standard size tyres?

Although the car comes with a (spare) set of 4.5in Fuchs, it is presently running on a set of deep 6 Fuchs which are shod with 205/60-15 Bridgestone tyres.

The plan would be to find/build a pair of 7R Fuchs and beef up the rear tyre width when the bank account finally recovers.

Martin, I'm spending August out on the West Coast. If you're around for the Monterey Historics & Pebble Beach I'll meet up with you.

I'm already booked into Monterey for the RG stuff in May then Rennsport in October, between those dates nothing (yet) planned although the Historics/Pebble Beach thing would be high on the 'to do' list, assuming I could actually escape from the 'treadmill' , otherwise the car's all yours mate
