Seals

A couple of my seals are coming away - ones round the rear light and the one under the front side light - what's the best way to reattach - contact adhesive?

lol that was easy
I have a lead question - got replacement lenses for rear lights, and they came without any seals - when I asked no one seemed to know if there should be any seals between the light cluster body (silver) and the lens.
I have the cluster body to bodywork grey/white rubber seal and that's fine (I guess this is what is refered to above) - but what about the lens to cluster body fit - there is a gap all round depsite squeezing the lens tight to the cluster body when fitted on (melted a few not all of the little nipples on back to hold lens in place).
Any advice on this appreciated as water is just flowing in right now ?

There is no gasket between the lens and housing on SWB front or rear lamps. You need to seal it with silicone. The seal shown below goes between the housing and the bodywork

Ah, thanks Nick - did wonder ....
PS - didn't forget visit - had a slight emergency with our server last week ::( not the most pleasant of situations to face loosing all the web sites and data ..... luckily had a small select backup of files to use.
So panic over for now .... taken skirts off as they are suffering winter torment so no go at the moment with the old girl
still want to visit, but got to finish some other 'jobs' prior to annoying you.

yep nice and easy that one never melted the SWB seal but I am sure it is easy
69 I know and it needs to be glued in places before you fit it hot wax gun is best
