I emailed the seller and here are the details

The car has been prepared by Kevin Savage, who is well known in Historic rally circles

There are some spares including a set of FUCHs wheels.
There is an identity card for the vehicle.
The car has competed an one night rally and the Rally of the Tests where contaminated fuel meant early retirement.
The engine is a standard 2.4 with Permatune/MSD ignition.
915 gearbox.
It has the following parts fitted when built 15 months ago:
Front skid gaurd.
Rear sump gaurd.
Bilstein rear shockers.
Koni front shockers.
Front strut brace.
Competition brake pads.
Sparco Seats.
Foot brace.
Rollcage with side bars.
New wheel bearings.
New steering wheel.
Hydraulic handbrake.
Mudflaps.
Cut off switch, dash wiring, trip meter, rally clock, etc.
Map light, interior light, boot & bonnet lights.
The number plate is not in the sale.
