Anyone buy this? Im guessing it went cheap to someone lucky hot off the mark when they saw it for sale.

When i saw it was bid to about £3,200 and OVER its reserve, so obviously the chap would have been happy with something between 1500 - 3200 for it! Im sure it went for a little more, not sure how much of course, but at a guess say £5000ish. Thats a guess of course, if the chap was happy with a reserve of 1500-3200 then it cant of gone for much more.

needs a fair bit of work, but seems a good price for a RHD 2.2

I'll be first on the phone next time, i also missed two 356 coupes in ireland last year for £8000! They were basket cases, but one was RHD, and probally worth about 8000 each. I'll have to be quicker next time!

Yep I noticed that one on ebay the other week, don't know who got it but may have been a bargain depending on what work was needed. I'm sure its been on ebay before, a couple of years ago. Its number plate is very close to Dereks RHD 2.2 car and looks like the same colour too.
