Let me start by saying..... Yum !
And that`s how a sales pitch for such a beautiful car should look.
POA ? Too bad, I`m not in the market but still price curious.... maybe time will reveal all.

yes really great ad. and really nice looking car too. i have asked him for some indication of price (forum rules do ask for this) as i'd be interested too. and we'll find out soon anough anyway as someone will ask and then post it here.

gosh, i have to say thats a very fair price for a car so well restored. i can tell you from experience how much these cars cost to restore.

I reckon its worth every penny, but then again I might be just a little biased
It might even be a little bit rarer than 1 of 57, not that it matters, but I got some info from PCGB that suggested there were only 53 2.2E RHD.
Can also vouch for the engine mods, JohnM and I have similar specs and I reckon its a great engine.
Lee's work has been tried and trusted by many on here so i reckon its a cracking buy

Agree it looks very nice - no criticism, just curious: does it have E- or S-spec engine? Owner said he wanted E-spec, but describes S-spec mods. Also power possibly a wee bit low for an S-spec? Very possible that I have misunderstood!

I don't know about this particular example, but 'E'-cams and 'S' compression (barrels and pistons) is said to give a particularly nice engine: very efficient and a little less peaky than a full 'S' spec.
Looks a lovely car, and I'm a sucker for the 'S' front spoiler look as well
.

E cams, S compression. Power bang-on for that spec - as per other owners from this site who've been to Bob.

My mistake, 'S' cams, but for some reason entirely different, much smoother, power delivery to an 'S', as 'AlanUK' will confirm...
