Straight from American ebay. Selling price was in the 4 to 6 thousand dollar price bracket if I remember correctly. I think it was mistakenly advertised as a 65 on ebay but I see the new seller has it as a 66.
It seems odd that the interior is in such good condition while the exterior looks to be a little more ravaged by time.

I have seen the car in the flesh. The interior is in unbelievable condition.
I was told that the New York owner was a doctor who died several years ago and his wife just left it in storage. I was not aware the car was previously on ebay as the guy selling it took the trouble to directly import it.
I do believe the car is complete and has all the correct parts still on it, even the radio. It is a low chassis number car.

I love the "timewarp" comment in the ad! The interior may be, the exterior needs a bit of a polish!
