Anyone got any tips on installing a pop off valve in the airbox?

Hi Mike,
I fitted one of these to my SC a couple of years back. It's a straightforward job, here's some tips.
1. Hire a right angle drill
2. Use a good quality hole saw, I bought a kit that contained the valve and the hole saw kit, the saw was crap!
3. Once you've drilled the hole (position it using the template supplied with the kit) sand the edges down with a course sand paper.
4. Vacumn up all the bits.
5. rough up the shaft of the valve with coarse sandpaper.
6. Apply the adhesive (should be 2 part epoxy) to both the airbox and the valve shaft.
7. Insert the valve into the hole and twist it 360 degrees to ensure a coating of adhesive all the way round the valve.
8. The final position of the valve is to have the hinge towards the back of the car.
That's it!
Good luck,
Tim.
