Hi there, newbie from Galway, Ireland here.

Currently a happy owner of a '59 356A, Polar Silver with red interior. Also have a '93 3.6 Turbo in the garage but that's probably too modern to mention here...

Been a frequent lurker so it's about time I introduced myself.

Another member of the Irish contingent here - but based near London !

Your car must be a wonderful sight over there in the West ! 8)

Welcome to DDK. I'm also Irish but live in Glasgow. There has been talk of doing a tour in Ireland so maybe you will see us all one day!

You need to post some pics of your cars.

Brendan - if I'm still here next year I'm thinking about organising one :)

Thanks for the welcome - it's good to see a few Irish descendants represented here.

The 356A is a bit of a rarity here alright - the VRT office had to create a new entry on their system when I went to re-register it...

Couple of nice 356Bs about though and some very nice early 911 examples around Galway too.

Anyway, a few pics...

There's also a Karmann Ghia undergoing a 7 year resto but the pics of that aren't so pretty..!
