Hi
I am a stick in the mud as far as heavily modified 356's are concerned as in if you want to go like a missile buy an M3 or similar, that said take a look at the modified 356's that take part in the Carrera Pan America, they tend to run nine eleven gearbox's and rear suspension , nine eleven disc brakes and large injected vw based engines and can apparantly run at around one fifty on the straight without flying off the road or self distructing , and at least as far as running gear is concerned your mostly keeping it in the family , there are some guys in the states building four cylinder nine eleven engines , that would be different overhere, Bill
