HELP! Anyone know the original new car price of a 1979 911SC

As the heading says: I've had a reader who wishes to sell his Ruf-converted 1979 911SC and he was wondering what a stock 911SC cost back when it was new, as he thinks there's a good chance the conversion (to 3.2-litre) may even have cost more then the original showroom price.
Anyone?

My info says: entry level SC was $14,995 rising to $19,500 fully spec'd

Keith,
I can tell you that late at night when I am back home. (I need to finish here and then drop some parts of in Bradford)
I also have quite a lot of specs and prices on the Ruf SCR and BTR cars and loads of details pictures, as my choices were either a c3 or a Ruf SCR.
