901 Gearbox into a 356?

Anyone have any experience with the 901 box fitted into a 356, specifically an A?

I know it has been done many times but I need details as I need a much stronger box to cope with the new engine I have for my Outlaw.

OK - have been advised by Jonas (Stuka) to go with a Berg 5 speed box. Am trying to get more info. Anyone interested in sharing the results?

I've got a 2270 "C" coming from Jake in August. What did you opt for, and what are you doing for exhaust?
