Quote : DDK ( Classic Porsche Club )

The Hotel is " Wrea Head " http://www.wrea-head-hotel.co.uk/

Sunday 13th September

Standard Rooms:

£ 60.00 PP BB
£ 69.00 PP DBB

Superior Rooms:

£ 70.00 PP BB
£ 79.00 PP DBB

Based on 2 people sharing a room.

I have been trying to find somewhere nice & near the coast for those of you who want to stay the Sunday night :)

I have found somewhere with 12 rooms available for 13th September.

http://www.wrea-head-hotel.co.uk/

They are forwarding details of room prices etc .... but it looks to be around £120 / room based on 2 people ( £60 / person B&B ). I haven't personally stayed here so hope it's as nice as it looks. It is located in-land .... most of the coastal hotels are a bit scruffy !

At this stage ... DO NOT BOOK the hotel. Let me get confirmation of prices etc.

I have the following as wanting Sunday accomodation :

Thomas & Caroline (Bootsy)
Richard & Jane (targared)
Helen & Larry (Helen)
Anthony (Fitz)
Rich & Kate (azbadams)
Tom & Charlotte (drummerboytom)
Stephen + 1 (defianty)
Derek & Caroline (Derek)
Barry
Andrew & Hilary (andrew-ish)
James (the easylife)
Ian & Mark (Sladey)(Ian 2.2S)

James, Natalie and myself will be heading off on the Sunday afternoon and will not need a room on the Sunday evening. I believe Rich and Kate are doing the same, but I'll leave it with Rich to confirm.

Should, if anything get the numbers down and make it a little easier for you in finding somewhere suitable.

Cheers :)

Helen, your for sale list has diminished. Have you managed to off load all the others?

Thanks for your efforts, both hotels look great. Mark and myself are still up for staying Sunday. I will watch this space.

Absolutely sterling effort James.

Anywhere will be fine with me. I just want to string out the weekend to include a more leisurely drive home on the Monday.

right.

I have had details back from the Wrea Head

Standard Rooms:

£ 60.00 PP BB
£ 69.00 PP DBB

Superior Rooms:

£ 70.00 PP BB
£ 79.00 PP DBB

Based on 2 people sharing a room.

I do not know the hotel, I'm just going off trip advisor :

There are some really nice B&B's further into the moors, but most only have 3 rooms.

If you want to book the Wrea Head, let me know & I'll liase with them so they know DDKer's will be phoning upto book.

Thanks James, that looks great. I haven't spoken to Sladey, but I know he will be included. I presume everyone will have dinner for £9! Let us know when we need to ring and book.
Cheers
