does look nice I have to say. I like it where the spoiler is not on the deck lid of the car. Clean lines, wrong timing and too many cars. for me at the mo..
I must admit I am thinking this could be a nice entry into 911 hood. Hmmm

I've seen that car and it is remarkably rust free.
Frankly, corrosion should be your biggest worry with 30 year old cars and this car doesn't have any.

I know I shouldn't but this car has got me thinking, it's not a project for me to take on it's a turn key and it's done.
the prob I have is storage and really I wanted to anyway move the 65 car on.. ( then I get storage back again ) they always come up at the wrong time

I looked at a number of sc's over the summer and sort of gave up hence I bought the Merc well it was rude not to at that price. It is tempting Ihave to say. Just bad timing.

Did you see the service
history? A very well kept car, if only I had the money!! It would be a real historic trip to take it back to it's place of birth.
Now, how much does a kidney fetch these days?

Nick,
Is that a Euro spec 3.0SC or a USA spec 911SC?

The full history is available on the links above, but the car was supplied new in Germany, hence the Km speedo and Euro spec

It's Nick, but don't worry. The full history is available on the links above, but the car was supplied new in Germany, hence the Km speedo and Eurp spec

Sorry Nick. Used the edit button to make the correction. Euro SC's are nice cars....

So I am going to have to say in a dragon's Den way "I'm out " shame I got some some good feed back from the IB guys I called. Does look a great and interesting car. If still for sale later I might have to re think any one want a Merc
