Where did you get the decklid? Or did you add the louvres yourself?

The decklid was provided by Chesil, the kit manufacturer.
I think it was the second one they'd made for a customer. Its an aluminium skin fitted over the standard GRP inner panel, as can be seen from the photo below

Very nice, great site aswell. Nice to see all the tips for other builders - its a very cool car, as is the one you got your inspiration from

I have a polished ally 3pt competition roll hoop that would look the dogs but needs you to cut into your carpets (and it's not cheap either at £275!!!!)

Do have an all ally GT housing with barndoor mirror that would match your rhd one as if made for the job

Photo taken at the weekend with the new mirrors
Car went back to the paintshop on Monday to get the 4 holes left by the removal of the GT mirror fixed up, some marks made during final build up removed, and for a good polish. Should be A1 for Volksworld.
