restoring sun visors

Hi All, anyone know the best way to restore a sunvisor? The stuffing has completely gone.
Come on - must be someone out there with an idea?!?

dave are these the plastic ones or the padded later model ones..
If it is the plastic then iwas going to pop into Hedge End and Amarri plastic's SP as I am sure they would have a green plastic we could use..

The Visors on a T-5 are the same as the T-2 which are padded plastic type with a criss cross pattern.

Fill them with expaning foam and them shaped them between/squish them between two planks until the foam has set. I've never tried this and will not be held responsible if you choose this method.
