Good luck with the project,

I have plenty of photos of my '68 outlaw project, let me know if you need pictures of anything. I have a thread in the restoration section of progress so far if you are interested.

I have also got a 65 and lots of pictures of 912's in bits!! so should be able to help you there. Also lots of books on the subject see the list on the 912 section...

The best thing if your taking it all back I think from my lessons is to take photo's with digi cam, just get stuck right in.. Box and lable everything.. And keep the project alive.. and you will come out the other side..

got stuck in to day , after cleaning out the car and taking out the carpers and of course takingpics , first cleaned all the leading edges where the spot welds are , some where very hard to see , especially in side the car so a wee
tip i use is to mark all the welds with a white paint marker makes seeing easier , after hours of drilling with a small drill bit the a 6mm i then splitt all the welds , have all the edges to dress up then on to the ps more drilling and drilling  have a wee noisey

the best bit of modern stuff is the digi camera's take loads of pictures and at different angles as you always think I wish I moved round little more when I took that picture...
