We stock what are considered to be the best quality range of 356 panels at Karmann Konnection, give me a call (I'm in on Sunday) and you can even get some DDK discount!

Julian is right I did some research and these panels are made in Europe and are seen as the ones to have as the shape and pressings are as best as you can get.
But saying that RD is still going but they are a pain in the arse to get hold of. But the panels have a mixed responce. Some say they are very good others not. I think it's also down to a little bit of skill with what you are doing tomake them fit better..
Purists like the European pannels.. I think the difference in price is about 20% I think. So it's a close call.
what panels do you need to use?

From what i know RD panels are ok but not great. I tried to order stuff from them but they are a pain to deal with ie no email no call backs etc. I've also had panels from Stoddard in the US which came with my car, again they are not the best. The stuff that KK Sell are the best available.
Panels.

Nice one guys much appreciated.
I've had some panels from RD before & had no issue's hence thought I would use them again but sod them, if they want to miss custom by not being contactable thats up to them.
K88FER, I'm busy at work today but will try & call on Tuesday for a chat.
Thanks guys.

How do the panels from Roger Bray compare to these? Going to need a bottom 6 inches at some point...

I have used both types in the past, these ones are nice and crisp, the floors they do are nice, but the Stoddard type are not that bad, just need a bit of jiggery pokery here and there, once a good coat of stone chip is on all is well!
Roger Bray stocks both types of panels I think.

Yes, RB has the Restor. D panels...or can usually get them.
I concur re Simonsen being better generally..but also more $$$..you get what you pay for, and fitting skill ...and time....
is really the main thing
Kind regards
David
