Doesn't match my new kitchen (I'm such a style queen), so now offered for sale... Cost just under £100 new – £40 (inc P&P to DDK members).

Note – still has the stainless-steel filter screen which most are missing. Cup of coffee shown not included in sale due to problems posting it. :)

The best one, the Mk1. The latest ones don't look as nice with their more rounded top.

The matching toaster was £130 when I bought my kettle. Still I know someone foolish enough to recently buy a Bugatti toaster for £250 so I don't feel bad about paying £100 for a kettle.

Cheers and enjoy the fast cuppa. Watchout for the design flaw where it leaks water if you pour it too fast!!

Do you have the original owners manual for it? LOL!! I still have the box for mine!! Must go out more.

So if this is the mk1 - what we are saying is, its the swb kettle.
Bugger - Forgot to ask keith about the service history - oh well.

It will go nicely with our porsche sink - not intentional i must admit - but i noticed when i was fitting it, there is a little plaque that says " designed by porsche". Got plenty of stick from friends for that one!

But you should see how fast i can get through a sink full of washing up
