Alignment centres South Coast HELP!!!!!

As some of the regular readers will know I've been fitting new suspension to my car since January, well this weekend (weather dependant) it should all be back together 
and ready to go for alignment, tracking, ride height and camber adjustment.
Now, some of you may remember from a previous post that I was going to use my local OPC Chapelgate for the tracking etc, as they were both competitively priced and not too far away. Unfortunately they are being refitted in the month of May and cannot offer alignment services
, their suggested alternative FW Jesty's in Christchurch can fit me in in May, but for the princely sum of 380 + vat which is a bit toppy 
.
So any suggestions in the Ringwood/Bournemouth/Southampton/|Salisbury area? I really don't want to drive the car for more than 20 or so miles with screwed up alignment so i need someone local, oh and add to the mix I need them to give me an MOT at the same time as that has lapsed (along with the tax)
Before you all shout "Retromotor's in Ringwood try them" Retro don't have a laser alignment setup (or at least didn't when I last called)
