914 shift rod connector +911 axle/hub parts+944 drive shafts

Hi,
I'm looking for the specific parts listed below.
Small connection link between the shift rod and ball joint on a 914 gearbox
Item 28 in the diagram below incl the grub screw item 29.
ALSO :-
2x '76 911 (915 transmission) 6 bolt, coarse spline drive flanges.
2x '69-'73 911 hub flanges with wheel bolts
2x '75-'84 911 stub axle 6-bolt
2x '87-'89 Turbo or '89-'91 S2 drive shafts with CVs, stub axle and bolts
please email me pictures/prices + the part number of the parts you have if you can make them out.
