Early 911 Cigarette Lighter & Door Pocket

Hi all -
Does anyone have a cigarette ligter that would suit my 1970 911T please ?
Probably doesn't even have to work - just to fill the hole in the dash really!
Also - I know I'm dreaming but does anyone have a Left Hand Side door pocket (the hinged one) lying around that needs a new home ? Needn't be in perfect condition.
