HAZARD WARNING LIGHT SWITCH

Does anyone know where I might pick up a hazard warning light swith for a 1969 911e - part no is 901.613.623.02.
I need it before I can get an MOT.

I have a hazard switch. Not sure if it is the correct one for a 69E. It is a Hella unit. Has all the wiring attached.

Many thanks Mike, but this doesnt sound like what I need.
Last night I managed to dismantle the switch and 'bodge' a repair. which should last until after the MOT. If it doesnt hold, it has bought me some time, and the car is on the road again!
