Greetings from sunny Sydney. What a great forum. Glad to say that after lurking behind the scenes for some time, I am now a DDKr, and feel that I can put to good use your collective knowledge of all things 911 in a guiltless fashion :) Hopefully I can contribute as well....
I am fortunate enough to give shelter to two 911s an '82 SC Targa & '70 T. The '70 T was originaly an English delivery and pastel blue in coluor. Unfortunately, somewhere in the 80s I presume, it acquired IROC type bodywork in a bright red hue, hmm...
I don't think you want to see those pix
I'd like to try and find out a little more about the car's history, but I think that will be another post...

Cheers,

John

i like seeing pictures of ratty cars on ddk as i think its good to be reasured that we don't all own cars that look like they have just come out of the factory.

Welcome John, don't be shy with the photos lets have a peep!

I lived in NSW (Coffs Harbour) for nearly a year between 2002/03 and commuted a lot to Sydney with work - (when I chose to live there it only looked a short distance on the map   )and only ever saw one early 911. It was on the Pacific Highway near Gosford and left my Ford Falcon for dust, so would be nice to prove there is more than one down there!
