912 rear discs?

I have a nasty feeling that both my rear discs on my 69 912 are warped as the pads seem to catch on both sides. Initially I thought this was just sticky calipers but having backed them off and on a few times it has become more apparent that the pads are only catching at certain points. I've taken a look at replacements on pelican and they are listed as no longer available and the pre 68's seem very expensive (over £200 each!). However I have looked on type911 and they list early 911 ones for £35! Would these be ok to put on my car or would I need to change everything if I changed to these? Does anyone have any suggestions on what are the available options?

Thanks in advance

Tim

I thought the discs are the same for equivalent age 911/912s (with the exception of the vented S discs)

Stoddard's do too....

Hmmm, I would have thought they were the same but the pelican catalogue seems to say otherwise. 912uk - is this my only option then? if so how much did it cost to do the swap and where is best for prices?

Thanks

Damn it I've done it again, I thought I'd have leart my lesson after 12 years of 67 beetle ownership (another car with lots of one off bits)
