Going to up grade the brakes on the 912 to 911E ones vented front and rear plus I get to buy parts now for 1/2 the 912 brakes parts prices and I guess about a 10% increase in braking power also to boot will inform and take pictures when i get 5 to fit them

Any advice for 912/911 brakes let me know

I’m considering this myself as the standard 911 disc & pads are so cheap. I priced it up at GSF car parts but they surcharge £75/corner on the calipers.

Now would you swallow this & keep the originals boxed up in the loft or take them back as I doubt they’d ever notice any difference?

I’m all for upgrades but if someone where to point the purist finger at me it’d be nice to be able to put it all back to standard. So I’ve held off for now, waiting for a good used set or cheap rough ones I can use as the core.

Good luck & looking forward to seeing the pictures, we want pictures…

i upgraded 66 912 to duel system with standard discs&calps found big change in braking, plumping was easy however you need 69 pedal cluster to mount brake light switch plus rod for same reason
