Morning all,

I was just wondering about values of 914's as they seem to be somewhat steady with prices rising seemingly in line with engine size.

However, i was curious as to know what value folk would put on a six conversion. Obviously a fantastic job like Ian has done on his, is likely to command a premium, but mine has a way to go yet to reach that stage!

I only ask as the cost of mine is spiralling! I guess the point of no return has been well and truly passed, but i would like some idea!

I suppose as a benchmark, i'm talking about a solid '73 car, could do with a good paint, but with 3.2 struts up front with ally 'S' calipers clamping vented discs, side shifter box, 2.2 engine (rebuilt) Webers etc etc. I.e. mechanically there, but needs cosmetics i suppose.

Any thoughts?

Not sure of the answer but did Tom Brown? ever sell his conversion? This is probably one of the nicest I've seen with steel flares -think he was asking around 12k for it
