Targa Catch / Locking mechanism required

Post by early2.2S »

Hi,
anyone got a targa catch / lock (one of the two in the actual targa roof) or does anyone have an old targa roof - complete with catches - that they are looking to sell. Cash waiting!

Hi Stuart,

Sorry I forgot to call you back. They can be bought new from Porsche but are 180 pounds.

Thanks

I've recently got one for mine (second hand), and I know the breaker had the complete roof. I haven't paid yet (strange situation, he wants my written off 964, so trying to keep me sweet), nor know how much it is.
I'll try and blag the other one & let you know.
Regards,
Jon

John,
Thanks for the reply. If you can blag/buy the other catch that would be great - grateful if you would let me know either way as it appears these things are like hens teeth!
Regards
