Hi all,
I've just placed an order for some more seat back retainers and luggage straps for a couple of people that have come through my website. I've also ordered a couple of spares for stock, so if anyone is interested please let me know. Full details are on the website (see link under my name below) but a quick summary is:
Luggage retaining straps £64.50 +£3.50 P&P
Seat back retaining straps £18 +£2.00 P&P
They are made from a durable thick leather that ages nicely once you start to use them. The seat back retainers include a new press stud and are slightly longer than required so they can be cut to length to ensure a good fit to your particular seat. The ones I have ordered are black, but tan is also available to order.
Please send an email to
porscheleatherwork@dsl.pipex.com if you are interested in some of these for your car.
Thanks

Hi Vasco,
Yes you are right! I thought I tested the site

I dropped my decent camera yesterday, so please excuse this terrible picture of one of the seat back straps.
The picture on the site with it fitted to the car shows the feature line down the sides of the strap a little better, although in a sepia tone for artistic effect
If you need any more information please let me know
Thanks

Thanks Gary.
I'll need a set, but not for now. But I'm keeping your contact and I'll foreward it to other friends that might need them.
All the best,

I have a tan strap which is broken and has been sat on my bedside table for two months whilst I (never) get around to making a new one...
So this solves a problem. I'll take one!

i needed Tan colour for my 912 (over a year ago)and couldn't find anyone who supplied them so i ended up using one of Larrys old belts and 912uk put the studs in for me, as the belt was worn/used looking it matched the cars interior beautifully and only cost me the postage to/from bournmouth.

to be honest Gary, if i hadn't happened to have a old belt laying around then i would have had to have gone out and bought one and a good quality leather belts are about £20 +
so i'd have more than happily bought some from you and saved myself (and 912uk) the trouble of making my own.
