Hi all,
has anyone sourced any of these spacers (2 x spacers to raise the steering rack on a lowered car) in the Uk?
Or has anyone had them made up at a machineshop? Any dims would be handy!
kind regards
Rob

Rob, I had some of these weltmiester spacers but I can't find them since I moved up north. Look pretty simple to make. In theory once fitted you'd have to adjust the tracking

Cheers chaps. I assume as well as the spacer, that I will need longer bolts. I'll have a look uder the car today. I might just have to bite the bullet and order them from Pelican - (Can't seem to find anyone on the web with them listed in the UK).
If I don't need longer bolts, I'll may get some made up. (Racecraft, if you have the dims, that would be great!)
kind regards
Rob

Rob I reckon the longer bolts can be found easily (try namrick.com) -It'll be + 10/20mm longer than the standard size. Just get a nice 12.9 tensile

My fathers trailer blew into the side of my car in the high winds. Caused a paint chip about the size of a 50p and put a dent about 10 inches across in rear OS wing cracking paint.
Cheapest quote was just over £800. contemplated having whole car resprayed (in either Black or lamborghini titanium) untill insurance decided they would cover the work.
Robster I will get dimensions as soon as I can. I had a few things I had to attend to this weekend so didnt have a chance to measure up.

Ah yes I remember your post about that
£800 seems very very high. What are they planning to do?
Theres no welding and it's not like it's a metallic paint or a red that might have faded, so matching shouldn't be too hard
