Blaupunkt late 1950s/early 60s Frankfurt FM Radio...

This Blaupunkt radio was taken out of a late 1950s car some years ago. It's the highly sought-after Frankfurt FM model which featured the FM waveband- quite a novelty in the late 1950s.
The previous owner told me that it 'worked when it felt in the mood for working'. I haven't tested it, but it sounds like it's going to need some tinkering to get it tip-top. Alternatively, it would simply make a nice period dashboard ornament for your early Porsche!
Cosmetically it's pretty tidy, but the pushbuttons could do with a bit of a clean-up.
