After hearing of problems encountered by some getting the ride height right, I found taking a photo before and then photoshopping it to the desired ride height was useful to esitmate the desired visual drop.

An Angle measuring device was essential for getting the desired change in spring plate angle. The 8-9mm rule of thumb seems spot on.

I changed the rear spring plate bushes with Weltmeister bushes which was a bit of a faff . But the assembly required ample grease, and required the bushing housing to be pressed on slowely using four long bolts.

Only recommendation is measure measure measure, use the porsche recommendations for calculating ride height. when measuring ensure you are on a flat surface, tyres are inflated to the correct pressures.

The car drives and handles alot better now. Just need to change the front shocks

PS- My Icon picture is the photoshopped image that I worked to.

It certainly looks much better and I imagine handles like a Porsche should. The problems that you had fitting the Weltmeister bushes is commoin to the brand. Superpro bushes are much easier to fit and don't squeek.

Those 7" rims on the front are still too wide...

When are you going to get some RHD headlamps? You might find you can see where you are going then
