Now I've fixed my indictators there should be no barrier to getting a new MOT and actually driving the Porsche!
Note to self: Do not drill a hole in your wiring harness. It can create a short...

Hey! Here's a first....
I drove to a DDK meet.
and
Got home again without the RAC in attendance
Good turnout, nice to meet up with everyone. I'll post some pictures tonight if they are any good

It was a touch dark (and bloody freezing

)

Enjoyed meeting everyone last night. Loved everyones cars. Sorry Matt if your car got dirty! ( I know, kettle, pot, black etc.)

Bit of a white balance nightmare this one: Both cars are white, but I set the camera up on the side of Derek's 914 and Bazz's 911 was lit from the other side of the canal from a different light source and ended up yellow... sorry:oops:

was a great evening, enjoyed talking projects with the other Mavericks. (beats making GT3 christmas cards every time).
having put the RAC as a preset on my phone I was amazed that I didn't have to use it.
Sorry to hear Matt suffered such great damage to his car, hopefully a soapy sponge will sort things there. Rumour has it that after such a long drive his prized flat spots on his tyres have been rolled out
