Goodyear GS D3's

Hi Folks,
Do goodyear make a GSD3 in 245/45 R16 or are only the F1/GSD2's available in this size?
Any real difference between the D3's and D2's, or should one opt for a different tyre say a Conti sports for my rears, currently I have GSD'3 205's on the front
