I've got one, not sure what condition - It still had life left in it but was worn - changed it for peace of mind while the engine was out. You can get them from Euro Car Parts for £100.

You can have mine if you want it, I'll measure the thickness if you like.

Nick - Robster's looking for the earlier flywheel with the integral ring gear (used on the 2 litre models).

Cheers for replying guys,

Stuby, where did you buy them new?

David, many thanks for your quick response and PM. If the new one is stupidly expensive, i will be interested.

The engine going in is a 2.7 (type 911/41 150hp). Not crazy, but a useful hike in power and torque, and it could always be upgraded at a later date.
hopefully it won't munch my '901' gearbox!

kind regards
Robster

Robster - my 2.8 twin plug motor is mated to a 901 box ... no problems with 255bhp !

I have a used one you can have for £75. They can be (and should be) machined. If you want it let me know by email and I will take it to Husborne.
