Anyone know where I can buy this by the metre, rather than as a kit?

Thanks

Hi Mark, I'm sure there is a company called Southdown Trim or something similar that sell squareweave by the metre but I can't find their number for the moment.
I'll check it out if you like. Let me know.

Paul

hmmm not really I asked him this again this year and he will not sell it by the meter.. and the guy I knew the guy that had this carpet that he sold to them. I missed out there bugger.. I am in the same boat as I have the sewing machines here to do this for my car..

I do have a contact in Germany for this but he was also relucktent to sell by the meter but at a push he was ok about it..

I am on a mission now to find this carpet as I am in the material trade .. and it's only going to cost £14 a meter at best!!!

This £400 a set is a rip off.. each car is different and will need to be trimmed to suit anyway..

That's what the trimmers here have told me - I didn't understand the benefit of custom making it as it seems reasonable to buy a pre-cut set from the US, but they showed me some of the work they have done and I have to admit they know their stuff - they showed me a local's Unimog trimmed out to S class standard - MAD!
I did get a response from the below but have questioned the standard length you get for your $100

I'll let you know if this works out.
I guess I also need to find the correct cotton for the edging, not sure if they also sell this.

They want $100 a yard - width is 52"
Sounds a lot to me.
How many yards do you reckon for a full trim, including floors?

Guess everyone's gone to sleep on this thread now :sleepy1:

Carpet is also available in bulk from Stoddards, not sure what is meant by "bulk"
