probably still Stateside Tuning, can be pricey though, I bought almost all the engine parts for my rebuld from them.

I think you'll find that Jim Calvert has focused more on machining than parts now and he's also into big campers.

It depends where you are and what you want - Mike Karavasili is probably the best for servicing (Chester area). Oaktree garage (the owner Crispin Manners has a 916!)) in Devon is another option for servicing. There are a couple of UK suppliers of 914 bits - Roger Bray, Forestfine, whilst your friendly Porsche dealer still holds stock of some parts. Many of the 914 group buy from Mittelmotor in Germany, or even Pelican in the States.

Cheers. I've my engine pretty much came from Stateside. Got a picture build up etc and it's got over £1k's worth of heads on it alone! I suppose it's more the servicing parts i'm after so i'll give some of them a try. Better get membership here as alot of stuff seems to come up aswell.

Thanks for the support , lovin the great site and very helpful folk.

Try your local car shop for service parts, its all standard stuff, the oil filter is the same FRAM part as a Ford Seirra!
