part no help on window regulator...

Hi guys bought this window regulator a while ago to fit my 911, but after stripping the car down i found that the one i had bought and was told would fit was different to mine.. its has part no 91154293003

could anyone please tell me what car this is for year etc

Hi Bazz,

That part number is for a later window regulator. These started I think with the SC in 78. You can still used them but you will need to drill two extra holes in the door to suppor the channel bar.

The early RH one is PN 911 542 042 00

cheers Alan!! mine do look like the ones in the picture, i jumped the gun as i thought my regulator had broke until i found when stripping the door itwas just the glass that had come out of its runner

so you say the regulater is for sc onwards
