What’s with the Ketones they’ve been using at Jumbo? I know what they are but what are they adding?

That said, Roglic looked F****** awful in the final there. Like empty and sick

What a day. Can't get my head around how that happened.

Conspiracy theory. Strange that a member of Jumbo gets kicked off the tour for kicking off at an inspector checking Roglic's bike then a few days later Roglic has an off day? Actually maybe he he didn't have an off day. Tadej had an amazing day

Can't wait to find out how Tom Pidcock does at the road worlds, maybe Rog n Pog will dominate.
A few miles in the morning then I'll be glued to the box.

I can only see that the Men's road race is on Eurosport from 5.30pm - is it on any other channel live earlier in the day ?

In my weekly telly rag it's showing 'Cycling World Road Championships' on from 12.00 through to 4.20 on good ole BBC 2
I know there is some variance between broadcast areas but I would have thought Beeb 2 broadcasts are the same throughout the UK.

Dutch women are so dominant at the moment. They have so many options.

Been out for 48 windy miles this morning - now a full afternoon watching the world's !

We were saying this morning that Mads Pedersen who won last year must be the unluckiest rider in the history of the sport who's made the least out of his year as world champion.

Predictions for this year - Alaphillipe / Van Aert / Val Verde - replicating Zotemelk as a 40 year old world champion ?????

It seems that poor old Wout Van Aert is about to become the new Peter Sagan.
Sagans career has been ruined by riders just sitting on his wheels and expecting him to chase all the attacks and we've seen it so many times in recent years where he just refuses too and sacrifices a possible win.

I think we'll now see the same with Van Aert going forward, he's a huge talent and riders will just follow his wheel expecting him to chase the attackes. This happened to a certain extent in Sundays World champs. How could 5 riders not catch Alaphillippe is beyond me. If we go back to Milan San Remo earlier in the season Van Aert totally destroyed Alaphillippe on the decent of the Poggio but last weekend nobody wanted to chase full gas leaving the Frenchman to take a deserved win.
