It’s not yet available to book with Caffeine and Machine, but don’t worry as soon as it is open everyone who has registered with us will be informed so they can get it done. I am hoping to know very soon on the date it goes live.

Time is running out to get yourselves booked in at the reduced rates.

Saturday 19th July
Hotel Room , Dinner Bed and Breakfast
Double /twin occupancy – 2 pax 3 course dinner B&B GBP 195
Single occupancy- 1pax 3 course dinner B&B GBP 159
Dinner only [non-resident]
3 course dinner GBP 40 - you will need to preselect from menu and pay in advance directly with hotel

Friday 18th July Extra night before event

Caffeine & Machine is £10 but arrive before 10am and that is fully redeemable against any on site purchase including food and drinks, and £5 redeemable after that.

Only a matter of days left to get in before the prices increase. Seen a small influx of people booking in over last week, but you all still have time!

Hey I just called to book and I believe all available slots are now taken. The receptionist (Emily) said she’d be in touch with their sales team and maybe the DDK organiser to see if another room can be added on. She said she’d be in touch with me to let me know. Thought I’d share on here for reference. Fingers crossed they can find an extra one for me
