I have just rec'd a mail from Drew.

'Got it. Attached is the revised list. Please review and confirm all info is correct. Once confirmed will have everyone charged (hopefully all CC's go through!). and will start working on the mats over the weekend.

I'm getting everyone into immediate production so it should be about a week or so on production time + a couple of days shipping.

Hello Derek and hope you are well!

I wanted to let you know that we have completed all of the mats last night and have finalized packaging and shipping costs this morning.

What we did is fit as many mats into 1 shipping bag as possible. Per zone, there will be 2 bags each or 4 bags total for North and South.

To make things easier, we have labeled each set of mats with the name and address for whom they belong to.

The total cost of shipping at my cost comes to $510.42. Split amongst 12 people, the total shipping amount per person comes to just $42.54

I will be charging all of the credit cards this afternoon and so long as nobody declines, we'll be shipping the mats this evening.

For both sets of orders, I will be using your e-mail address for UPS to e-mail you the tracking information. I imagine you could post the tracking info to the forum so people can track the packages.

Otherwise, I think we are good to go. I will place a realistic value of $50.00 per set of mat and multiply that by however many mats are in each package for the customs "declared value" We have to keep it realistic otherwise customs will get wind of it and come up with their own figure on the value of the shipment.

If I have any trouble with the charging of the cards, I'll let you know as I must collect the entire amount before I can ship the mats.

Thanks again for all of your help in arranging this group by and was wondering if you planned on doing a 1 day meet where all of the members would come pick up their mats and if so, if we could get some pictures of everyone together and maybe some pictures of the mats installed! Would love to get some info over to the folks of PorschePost in the UK or Panorama Magazine here in the US!

I have received the northern shipment today containing 6 sets of mats and they look great, beginning to wish I'd been braver like some of you and added colour as the ones with gold or blue flecks look very nice .

I've already put mine in the car and improves the look. They are very heavy duty and can't see them ever wearing out based on my approx 3,000 to 4,000 annual mileage in the car!

The import duty and fees came to £86.72 so split 6 ways is £14.35 each. I can PM you bank details to transfer the money or cash/cheque is fine when I see you.

John and Mick, do you want me to bring them to Hull in a couple of weeks when we set of for the POB tour or do you want them earlier?

Rich - I can keep hold of yours until I next see you in the UK as I don't think you'll want to add them to your luggage when returning from Germany!

Dean - we'll have to organise a time to meet up, possibly tie it in with a DDK northern meet if we can.

Tom - let me know what you want doing with yours. I am sure the DDK courier service can help out.

Finally, thanks very much to Derek for organising the group buy.

I had a missed delivery from UPS today. They left a note saying I owe £102.06 in import duty and fees = £17 each (not sure why it is different to Northern delivery)

Should have the mats tomorrow though.

Not sure how u guys want to collect them? Cocomats meet up and drive!!??

I went to see Simon today to collect mine. They are great, any worries I had about fit were soon forgotten. They are snug but that's just well fitted/taylor made!! I'll post some pics later as I'll be having a DDK night asking questions. I developed a clutch problem on the way home and there's less than 2 weeks till the POB tour
