The Hotel said it would be wise to book if anyone ants to eat. Not done that yet to see what the score is. (September is a long way off) Lady at the hotel said it was possible to a book a room that seats about 40 for no extra charge if the group wanted it and just order from the std restaurant menu.

I'm not staying Friday night as I only live 15 mins away but we'll be coming for the meal and banter for that evening. However, I pass The Hotel at least once a week with work, and I'm quite happy to volunteer to be 'evening meal' coordinator for everyone - please let me know if anyone would like me to do that.
Cheers,
Vicki.

There are not many rooms left at the hotels we're staying in. You need to book your rooms DIRECT with the hotels.

Please see the 'members area ' for hotels details.

James,

I wont be staying for sunday night but will leave after dinner. I kind of prefer to drive at night.

Rich and I have said we may make our way back down south Sunday afternoon and possibly stop mid way for the night to break up the journey. Nothing planned yet but we'll keep you updated. Thanks again James.

Rich: I'll give you a call in the next day or two. Been really busy, sorry.

I'll still be staying on Sunday night. A loooong weekend away in September is what passes for a summer holiday for me.
Anthony.

The overall plan is for the main 'route' to finish early afternoon, hopefully near a fish & chip shop for a late lunch.... so people will have the choice of heading home or they can continue & do the tourist things in & around the North Yorkshire Moors ( I'll point you in teh right direction :) )
