Also I've had a moan at Swallow Falls hotel for the crap service Saturday lunchtime. I'm not expecting a response but it makes me feel better!

OK, LH-RH, didn`t think about that. :roll: so the American forums are probably not the best place to hunt them down.

Is there a way of telling the difference between lefthand and righthand lenses? is there a nomenclatute in the glass?

Easiest way to tell RHD from LHD is by the area of the lens marked in red on the photo below - this is a LHD H1:

The RHD version is more-or-less the mirror image of this.


Incidentally what is your car's VIN ? - because they didn't start using H1's at the very start of the '68 model year.
