The Carrera looks stunning !!
Any plans to lower it slightly? - the ride height looks uncharacteristically high in your latest shots ...

Thanks. I love the way it looks.
On the ride height, I wasn't sure. In all honesty it is so new to me, the ride height I have just accepted as std and not given it much thought.....until you mentioned it. In terms of handling and feel the car is direct but can also feel quite soft through the corners, I was putting a lot of this down to the tall profiled tyres. A subtle lowering of the car would no doubt help this and having looked at images over the internet, my car is definitely on the high side of std.

Look forward to the explanation. It would also be good to meet up Mike and let you cast an experienced eye over the car. You can have a drive and let me know what you think.
Good excuse for a Scottish DDK breakfast or similar.

Looking good there Tom.
Although agree that the ride height is a bit Safari Rally:
When Mike has finished, if you need someone else to drive your car, just let me know. I have no experience at all of how a '74 Carrera should behave, but don't let that put you off.
Cheers, thanks for posting, Richard.
