Body wise:
GT arches on (steel).
GT GRP bumpers front and rear.
Front mounted oil cooler will go in, so front slam panel cut for airflow and louvred panel in front trunk flow.
We are retaining the steel rocker covers and fabricating flared steel ends for them, for a superior fit to GRP rocker covers.
The engine ic urrently on a quick six mount, and we'll replace with a maddogs weld in mount.
New paint all over.
My guess James, it's going to look very much like this example once finished.

James has a particular style in mind for the car and I'm sure he's keen to reveal all in due course, my lips are sealed. However I'm hoping my car will look similar to the car above once finished. I'll start a full restoration/conversion thread in the coming weeks showing the early stages I'm at right now and explaining my disappearance from DDK over the last few years, should anyone have noticed

It's in the planning stage don't worry

My daughter and I have to sit into tomorrow for a Virgin engineer so she's helping me pack calendars and sort a few packs and stickers out

We're on the return leg of an all in one day 1000km round journey to a small town in northern Germany.
If you peer closely you can probably guess what we were collecting...
