If you all look at my 1st post in this thread, you'll see a list of names for each nights accommodation.

I have put a " . " after your name if I know you have booked for that night. If you have booked & don't have a " . " after your name please let me know :)

It is so I can keep a record of numbers etc.

Morning James, we`ll be heading off on Sunday and not staying over. Although it`s 8 months away, I better be back in the workshop first thing monday morning, there`s bound to be some kind of mortice and tenon emergency going on. :)

A big thankyou for organising this trip, it had all the makings of a pleasant Northern run and before you know it, it`s grown into a major national event  I was wondering how you were going to get us all billeted at St. Bees

The Hotels look to be a grand choice, I was worried that we might be spa-less this year and a chap does have his standards but my worries are allayed... bring on the holistic hot stones.

Cheers Mike

James

Just called both hotels and booked for Friday & Saturday nights for me & the Mrs.

That's quite a crowd of us then!

It's going to be a big event this  At the moment its looking likely we might have almost 80 people for the Saturday night.

If you haven't booked your rooms I'd advise you to do so soon to make sure you're guaranteed a room at the chosen hotels. Worst case, there are other hotels nearby you can book into.

Hi James,

Sorry to say this, but I going to have to pull out.. :(

Growing uncertainty over work means I can't plan any spend this far out. Gutted to say the least.

Good luck to all! 8)

Sarah & I are booked in for the Friday and Saturday nights.
If its half as good as the Welsh Tours it will be brilliant.
Can't wait.

We'd be up for meeting for dinner on the Friday night if anyone else was game. I appreciate that some people, won't be there until too late if they are travelling far. The Hotel said it would be wise to book if anyone ants to eat. Not done that yet to see what the score is. (September is a long way off) Lady at the hotel said it was possible to a book a room that seats about 40 for no extra charge if the group wanted it and just order from the std restaurant menu.

Hi James,

I will definately be there if I can but its too early for me to say for certain.

I have trouble guaranteeing what I'll be doing tomorrow

Looks fantastic though and am sure all the hard work organising will pay off...
