Got the car home yesterday after its short stay at MT's. Its now loaded with engine, the lovely stance is more or less a fluke:

There are still a long list of things on the 'To Do' list before its finished.

That stance is really nice, wish i could have a similar 'by chance' moment!

What size/profile tyres are they please?

Getting the Lola Porsche suspension sorted tomorrow but also getting the 911T/3.2 ready for the Lavender Run 'rally' on sunday with 56 other classics.

Went out for an evening drive and on the way home ( 200m from my house! ) spotted two Beetles parked up. I have met the guy with the blue '56 afew times, really nice guy called Heribert. The white '67 belongs to Ralf...turns out all of us live about 500m apart. These guys had parked up with their sons and a beer each, all within sight of our houses.

So this evening we founded the '' Herzogenaurach luftgekühlt '' club :)

And to top it off the local hot air Balloon club did a flyby.....Random evening, but it will do for me :)
