Mine are Meyer trousers from Germany and Anatomic shoes made in Brazil, both for comfort and a guaranteed fit if I purchase on line. I’d never thought about either till all the comments. Both available in the U.K.

went for a random drive in the car to take advantage of the sunny but cold weather - havent driven it for a few months. Reminded me how much i love it......
