Have you not got everyone’s emails from the website login Thomas? Can you not just do a mass mailing to everyone letting them know and sending the link to this page?

I get ‘subscription’ emails from DDK posts and threads so site must have them all captured?

Thanks Guys, all added on. Matteo68, no problem just let me know so I can update the list accordingly.

So far I count that as 13 hotel rooms and 22 for Dinner at the moment. 24 cars total so far

So good news all - I have found us a hotel in the right area that can do it.
I am currently negotiating rates [ will have mid next week- Easter!]
I have 21 rooms on hold, once rates agreed we will post a booking number and code so you can then book individually- they will be on free cancellation.
We'll also be able to book dinner for the non residents.
Once booking goes live you'll have 28 days to book and then rooms revert to hotel.
We'll have secured reserved parking - they want pictures!
