I ended up getting the Stomski circlip tool for my Wossners, as it was all but impossible to do by hand as you could on the std full sized pistons

One thought, Graham, take care that you have a bit of the circlip exposed at the circlip removal indent, so you can access them when you want to remove the pistons in future. As the circlip tool is a “Blind” fitment, I discovered a couple of mine had the gap at the indent and they are a devil to try and rotate while the position is still on the rod ;)

Yes, understand mike, ensure the piston grove gap is covered by the wire clip otherwise you need a lot of new swear words to prise the clip out. :shock:
Lots of piston clearance and gapping checks today...
